Civil Contractors New Zealand made a submission on the draft National Infrastructure Plan.
The submission largely supported the draft Plan, providing feedback on long term infrastructure priorities, Work pipeline, infrastructure asset funding, maintenance and renewals, asset management competency, procurement competency and processes, the concept of “value”, workforce and temporary traffic management.
